PermaSteel is a family-owned business that started as a labor of love in 1976, when the family entered the home improvement industry. With over 100 years of combined experience, the patriarch of the business helped several home improvement companies gain success, while he taught his sons everything he knew about the industry. PermaSteel opened its doors in 2010. The entire family has an appreciation for home improvement that’s led them to providing their friends and neighbors with affordable, quality products that they felt good about.

Rick Atkison
Rick is from Jackson, Mississippi, but currently lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife of 43 years. Together they have two sons, seven grandchildren, and three dogs that they enjoy spending time with. Rick is a proven leader and is highly respected by all the other PermaSteel employees. He’s been the best salesman he can be his entire life and has been a part of the roofing business for 46 years. He’s a professional when it comes to communicating and taking care of customer’s needs and concerns, and he’s pretty good at detailing cars, cooking and smoking meat, and landscaping too.

Richard Atkison
Richard is from Little Rock but currently lives with his wife and four children in Cabot, Arkansas. He studied IT and has a degree in business administration management from Columbia Southern University. Richard started his career in the home improvement industry learning every aspect of the business from the ground up. He’s detail oriented and strives for precision and accuracy. He’ll spend a little extra time on a job to make sure it’s done right. Richard loves God, family, work, building and racing RC cars, mountain biking, and hiking. In the past, he’s even competed in inline speed skating competitions.

Blake Atkison
Blake is from Little Rock, but currently lives in Ward, Arkansas. His wife and three kids enjoy camping, spending time at the lake, and four-wheeling. Learning home improvement skills from his father is one of Blake’s earliest, cherished childhood memories and he aspires to be more like his father. Blake has been installing metal roofs, siding, doors, and windows for a long time now, and he’s knowledgeable on all home improvements, along with setting appointments to make sure customers are happy.

Larry Cook
Larry is from Van Buren, Arkansas, but currently lives in Jacksonville. He graduated with a business degree from Westark Junior College and went into business management after excelling in classes like frontline management in school. He received recognition as General Manager of the year, along with multiple sales and performance awards from previous employers before coming to PermaSteel. Larry strives to be known as moral, ethical, and professional in every interaction. His priorities are God, family, work, and always providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

Jason
Meet Sully, whose real name is Jason, a seasoned professional from Jacksonville, now proudly calling Carlisle his home. With over two decades of experience in the roofing industry and a certification from Gerard Roofing in Dallas, Sully has become a reliable and trusted expert in his field. Customer service is his forte, and he takes great pride in fostering long-lasting friendships with his clients.
Inspired by the professionalism of Mr. Rick, Sully strives to be recognized for his integrity and honesty in all his endeavors. He firmly believes that doing a job right the first time eliminates the need for second attempts. Beyond his career, Sully is a devoted husband and father who enjoys activities like fishing, boating, and camping. Together with his wife, they have lovingly raised six children.
Megan
Meet Megan, a talented individual hailing from Winston Salem, North Carolina, who has now found her home in Cabot, Arkansas. Her passion lies in delivering top-notch products and ensuring her clients’ peace of mind, all while creating an atmosphere of respect and ease. Drawing inspiration from Steve Jobs’ famous quote, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do,” Megan dedicates herself wholeheartedly to her endeavors.
Beyond her professional life, Megan fenjoys baking delicious cookies, staying active at the gym, and cherishing precious moments with her fiance and four wonderful children. When she’s not working, she’s likely helping her kids with their school projects and encouraging them to live their best lives.
